What Is Keyword Blueprint 2.0?
Keyword Blueprint 2.0 is the second generation keyword research tool from veteran successful internet marketers Steven Clayton and Tim Godfrey. It is a stand alone piece of software that you can use to uncover search terms that real people type in every day on Google. The tool uses both data from Google and Adwords to compile more than just a list of words. Let’s have a look at how this nice piece of software works.
It’s more accurate and has more features than the first version of the software.
How Does Keyword Blueprint 2.0 Work?
Step one. You simply imput a keyword such as “dog fence” into the software. At this point you can choose whether you want broad, phrase or exact match, the country or region you’d like to target and the language you’d like to target. In addition you can limit the keyword to only those that get a minimum number of searches per day.
Step Two. The software goes out and gets your keyword list and returns it with several columns of information. One of the most helpful features is that you can sort the terms by number of daily searches. You can also dig deeper by clicking on one of the returned terms. The software will then add any more keywords it finds to your list.
Step Three. This is where the software really shines!! You can choose as many keywords as you like and the have Keyword Blueprint 2.0 evaluate them. Working with 10 terms a time, the software will rate each keyword as a red X, a green tick or a yellow star. An x means that there’s too much competition, a tick means that you can compete for this term and a star means that you can easily compete for this term.
Beyond that the software also shows if there are already online shops selling products related to each term.
Step Four. Keyword Blueprint 2.0 provides you with the chance to move your favorite keywords over to another column and then save them as a .csv file for future reference. Of course you can save your project in KWBP at any time as well.
Why Is Keyword Blueprint 2.0 Pro Better?
There is also a Pro version of this software that has an amazing feature. You can now set the software to go out and get terms AND evaluate terms automatically while you do other things. That will save you tons of time. I just set it to go out and get all terms related to one of my main websites and it returned over 2000 – with evaluations of each. The process was done while I slept. Pretty cool!
