What it is: This is a download of an MS Excel file that includes over 2130 domains on which you can post links. These are the exact places that Steven Clayton and Timothy Godfrey go to build links back to their sites – these sites are bringing over 10 million in revenue to them per year. It is available exclusively to members of The IM Advantage.
How it works: The data in the spreadsheet is categorized in several ways. It gives you the full URL of the website, it’s page rank, the category in which it appears, the 3 main keywords it is focused on and the type of website (blog, forum, etc.)
How to use it: I use this database to find high PR websites to post links back to my site. I usually start with the .edu and .gov sites. That’s because Google values these sites more – links form them will boost your site in the search engine rankings faster than others. Searching the data, it’s also easy to find relevant sites to build links on. For example, for my site dedicated to cleansing and detox I simply search for “health” related sites to post links on. Google also values these links from relevant sites more highly.
Value rating: If you’ve ever gone through the process of searching for relevant high PR blogs and forums to post your links on, you will have seen that it can be quite time consuming. I estimate that before getting this database it took me about 10 hours to find 25-30 good sites that I could post content on.
Tim and Steve’s database removes this step. They’ve already done the research. All you’ve got to do is go to the URL and include your content and links on the site in question. As a time saving SEO resource this is a huge benefit of the IM Advantage program.
I’d say this is among the most valuable and unique features of the program and well worth the membership. Another thing is the Steve and Tim are constantly upgrading and reviewing this database – that’s because they are using it to build their own businesses. How cool is that?
