Authority Hub Finder Review

by Mark A. Ament on April 24, 2010

What it is: Often, when you are targeting a keyword phrase for SEO, there are authority sites that Google has identified as being very important to have links from in order to rank for that particular term.  The problem is finding what those sites are.  Authority Hub examines the top 10 sites for your keyword phrase and looks for common sites that link to these top 10 sites.  It then displays any linking site that links to two or more of the top 10.  For example, if you’re competing on a term where 4 of the top 10 sites listed have links from a particular page…it makes sense that you should try to get a link from there too.

How it works: Authority hub finder works as a piece of software that you download and install on your computer.  Once it’s open you simply type in a keyword term and it gives you the top 10 sites in Google for the term and all of the sites that link to it.  Once you see the sites that are linking to the top sites, you can approach those sites requesting links back to your site.

Value rating: While this tool may not be as flashy as some of the others in the IM Advantage, it’s really great for giving a site that final push to get it ranked in the top 3 of Google.  It’s the only resource out there of it’s kind.   Great for anyone building SEO sites.

Authority Hub Finder is available for download to all IM Advantage members.
